Delete account
This page explains how to permanently delete your EVcoder account and associated personal data, as required by Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Important
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated data. This is not a temporary deactivation or freeze, and it cannot be undone.
What will be deleted
- Profile data (name, phone, email, avatar)
- Membership benefits, favorites, search history, and related app data
- Sign-in access and local app cache for this account
- Other personal data linked to this account
How deletion works
- After you confirm, we start deletion and sign you out immediately.
- We complete deletion of your account and related data within a reasonable period.
- If some data must be kept for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, it is handled only as described in the Privacy Policy.
Option 1: Delete in the App
If you can still access the app, sign in and go to:
Profile → Delete Account
- Read the deletion notice and check the confirmation box.
- Tap Permanently Delete Account and confirm.
- You will be signed out immediately. Your account and personal data will be removed from our servers within 30 days.
Option 2: Request by Email
If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send an email from the address linked to your account:

Subject: EVcoder account deletion request
Include your registered email address and phone number (if any) so we can verify your identity. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation when completed.
Contributed Data
Repair tips, parts information, or other content you shared with the community will be anonymized — your personal attribution will be removed, but technical content may remain in the shared knowledge base.
